Window problem

Hello
I just downloaded and am excited to try the game! However there is a problem with the window view. In any kind of menu in the game, the buttons at the bottom of the screen (like "accept" or "next page" buttons) are behind my taskbar and I can't click on them. I've tried going to properties from the desktop and trying to make it open in a minimized window but this isn't working. I can't change any settings in game because of this. Anybody know how to fix? I'm running Windows 7 Home.

You can open racer.ini (in the Racer folder) and look for 'resolution'; change the y height to something smaller.
