windows are dark when I edit

Hello, I have a question

when I edit a window of a car and beat him, then the window is dark the game and I see nothing

Who can help me??

Are you saving your .dds with an alpha channel? If not, then the windows will be opaque.

Your screencap from Paint.Net looks fine, so your layer's opacity should be good to go - apart from that, the only thing to take care of should be saving as DXT5 with Mipmaps. At least that's all I pay attention to when saving the windows' dds

haha sorry not sure what you meant by saving as DXT5 with Mipmaps

Heh, no problem - a dialog like this one (only in your language, obviously ) should pop up when saving a file as DDS:

You gotta make sure both DXT5 and 'Generate Mip Maps' are selected.

Changing settings shouldn't be needed at all TBH - that dialog should pop up everytime you save something as a dds file
