windows mobile ?

Hi, Is there the possibility of running r Factor on windows 10 mobile like lumia or Alcatel 4s ?? Has anybody ever tried it? I'm about to buy one of such devices just to play serious race online that does not exist in android. As I read, r Factor system requirements would fit a windows phone maybe within some limits........Please some advice and thanks in advance.
