(WIP) 2022 Formula 1 Driver and Team Performances for Mattos' 2022 F-V10 skin pack - adds realistic car and driver performances to the F-V10 with the skin pack. (WIP)

so yeah decided to just get this done, far from perfect yet but adds somewhat realistic qualifying and race pace for each individual driver in the 2021 season. *NOTE: DOES NOT WORK IF YOU SIMULATE QUALIFYING*
Will be updating it soon with better car damage, more realistic yellow flags and so on. Enjoy, don't forget to make backups for everything as there may be issues.

just add these files to your automobilista folder, make sure you actually have Mattos' mod beforehand, obviously.

Team Performance update.

Changes team performance to be more varied. before I was having a lot of issues with midfield teams qualifying in p2 or p3 and frontrunning cars being unable to pass backmarkers, but I've updated the performance distribution so hopefully that will fix a lot of the issues.

Driver Mistakes and Accidents Update (WIP)

I've added a set of talent files which cause drivers to make legitimate mistakes rather than RNG collisions and failures.
All drivers have the same crash settings as of now, so no one driver is more likely to crash than another, but that'll be changed soon.
I haven't tested this much yet so it may cause issues, hence why it's separate.
