Wireframe in Window Banner

I'm hoping some of you guys that are better and more experienced than I am can help me with this problem. No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of the wireframe in the window banner and it's really bugging me. It just looks hideous. I've posted in the official AMS2 forum as well. I've researched this and cannot find an answer. Have any of you got some ideas of how to fix this issue? Thanks
