Because it's the wrong DLC. The Challengers Pack includes the Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo, for the one you want - the Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo - you need the 2020 GT World Challenge Pack.

To broaden their racing cars range, Ferrari introduced two new models in the year 2020 with added features of better efficiency and speed.
