Work station/Sim Racing Setup?

Hi All,

I've been away from sim racing for a while and want to get back into it. I have an 8020 rig with triple screens...however I am lacking space at my new place.

I currently have room for a desk, office chair etc for my day to day work as I work full time. I want to try and combine the 8020 rig + trip screens with then a day to day working setup so I can convert it for my day job.

Has anyone does this? keen to see what the community has.
