Evo servers are the same as Race07 or any other addon servers. There are usually a large number of servers showing in the lobby. Very few of them are active at any one time. Most servers are set up for an organised competition and just like ours only have high activity for a few hours each week. To see the more active servers when you go to the lobby, use the "filters" and check/uncheck "no password" and then set a number, like "3" in the minimum players box. That should make it easier to find open servers with racers. When you see "UNKNOWN" it means you don't have either the carset or the track being used. Sometimes a missing carset is because you don't have the right addon, otherwise you don't have the "mod" or the updated or special version of it in use by the server.
