I'm with Karl on this. Dave Gilmour is my personal "best" guitar player. He may not be the fastest, but he is always pitch perfect and his bends and slides are the best in the buisness. Been listening to Pink Floyd for 17 years now and still don't get tired of them. As far as solos, obviously Comfortably Numb, but I still find this version of High Hopes to be such a good example of his talents:
