would 1989 cart skins work on the cart 1988 mod? and would the 1990 skins work on the formula classic.

okay so indycar is now my favorite sport at the moment. indy and cart are the best and the late early 90s are the best look for the sport. i was wondering if anyone would make them or if i had to.
