Well with an image that size you can't see anything ......

As an initial guess, I would say you might have a mod installed. If you do have a mod installed, then un-install it (or them), and recheck your game.

You can also verify your game files.

Run Steam > Right Click on F1 2012 > Properties > Local Files Tab > Verify Integrity of Game Cache. This will automatically download and fix any broken, missing, or corrupted files, remove any mods, and leave you with a fully patched standard game.

I think it's a problem caused from modding.

I have had the same problem when installing the F1 2013 mod, and it came from adding the modded frontend/fonts folder to my game directory. The best thing you can do is reinstall the game and reinstall the mod, but this time refraining from adding the frontend/fonts folder. That should prevent the problem from occuring.

just delete or remove or rename the font file in your frontend folder. The guy that made the f1 2013 should have removed it then reupload his mod so people wouldn't have to suffer from this. I remember the day when i became a victim i had to reinstall the entire game by redownloading the whole 8 gig from steam :(
