Xbox 360 wheel not connecting..

I just got a wireless connector for the pc so I can try the xbox wheel on it.
No matter what I try, the lights keep flashing on the wheel.

The drivers are installed for the wireless connector, but still in windows 7 the device (most likely the wheel?) wont get recognized!

I've rebooted already, done things in different order (connection button etc) but nothing is working.
Anyone know how to get it working?

If memory serves???, I think there is a small white button on the wheel that you push so that the wheel can connect to the dongle.
