It seems the Italian-based F1 team rumored back in 2010 found financing to make its debut during the 2019 season...if FIA allows, of course. If true, two new teams in the next 3 years will definitely make things interesting. I wonder how this will affect Sauber if the new teams join F1 the way Haas did?
