Skins Z4 GT3 Wheel Colour Change?

Hi

Newbie here. Just skinning my car and can't seem to change the rims at all. I also can't seem to change the colour of them? I've done the tyres, but I don't have the PSD file for the rims.

Apologies if this is the wrong section but I can't post in the mods forum.

Morning,

for skinning parts, your best guess is to find other skins in RD for example, and see their file naming, there are probably others who changed the wheel colors

Sorry but in sdk fodler of assettocorsa you can find rim and rim_blur for the Z4 GT3

If you have legit version, no reason you din't have these files.

Copy the file "RIM_d_1.dds" to your new skin folder then paint it in any program (Photoshop, Gimp, etc.). Save it as a DDS file (DXT5 is enough) then test it.
A quick paint example (all red):

Just do like it was already explained: copy from other skin. One of the official skins for that car has the file. You simply copy that file to the new skin folder...
