Zandvoort 2017 v0.20 vs. v1.05

I'm assuming v1.05 is the latest update from Studio 397. However, v0.20 is still listed as a track, and still resides in the E:\Steam\steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Installed\Locations\Zandvoort_2017 folder.
In the rF2 "Content Box" UI, if I click on any of the content, none of the options (Install, Uninstall, Delete) are made available.
1. Is it possible to manage content from the "Content Box"?
2. Can I just delete folders from the rFactor 2 directory?

Go to workshop ---> unsub zandvoort --->launch rf2 ---> exit---> then resub.

Go to workshop ---> unsub zandvoort --->launch rf2 ---> exit---> then resub.

This didn't work for me and it reinstalled both Zandvoort tracks as before. Tried this procedure twice!

Just for confirmation ... the "Install, Uninstall, Delete" options do not work?
