Zhuhai and Fps :( ?

Hi there ,
do you also have glaring drops in the fps on this route? Everything works fine for the others, but in Zhuhai I can set the graphics options so low that nothing runs smoothly. Got i7 4790K and RTX 2080TI !!!
Is there a solution to this problem?

I dont have this track.
But I can see in the official Raceroom forum that several others have the same fps problems with this track.

i have seen this too , but there is no solution about it and this duscussion is from 2018 .

Yeah - but it look like its the same problem with the new Nungingbo(?) track.
It has probably something to do with missing optimizing

Ok, then it's probably a developer problem. Do they know that there is a fps problem on individual routes? Maybe you should point them out again so that they deal with it.

I don't think it's optimisation. Zhuhai runs fine on my 1060 in VR, so it should run silky smooth on a 2080. Some people have been reporting lower performance caused by the new time progression system though, which can apparently be resolved by disabling it. Perhaps try that.

It should be an option when you're setting up a session, one for time of day and another for time progression.

I tried it and set the time course to 0. It was really helpful. Nobody can say exactly why, but now I can easily drive at 60 fps. Thank you for your help, wish you a nice weekend.
