Fix for missing grid model in the previous update

With help from fellow RD member Himura I found what's causing the problem with traffic not working after the update. Here's the fix if you need it.

Better traffic flow

I usually don`t repeat making of the traffic unless there is a big gain to be had. This update is one of the rares since on closer inspection of the track with the new CSP "Object Inspector" I noticed that the white lines are separate objects thus it is possible to be used for defining the road`s boundaries. In traffic that means overtaking only on parts with broken center line and more law-abiding driving than the first version.

I also remade the race lines to make the AI`s cross the finish at speed and updated the hints. The races work as they should in "Quick Race" and in "Track Day".

Now a few words for the AI`s training - it needs to be updated in those cars that do this
