New textures

-Now the Main straight looks like it was in 1999
-Added Nissan and Bridgestone sponsors in the first and second chicane of the Hunaudieres
-Added Bridgestone at the end of Porsche curves
-Mobil 1 and Bridgestone at Pit entry

Working Tracklights

As suggested by @motorinellaleggenda , now tracklights work fine (Sorry I didn't have a look at it before)
