Truly lightweight skin pack with 22 colors

Thanks to some suggestions I was able to make these skins even smaller than before. You will need to delete any versions you have already installed when copying the new files.

new skins built off temporary template

I was able to find a template provided by a user (not official Kunos template), so these are looking much better.
