I'm not sure, but I would imagine that it's the GrassFX. The Custom Shaders creator said it can be quite intensive for the GPU, and since the circuit is completely surrounded by grass, it's a lot for the GPU to deal with. Try changing your GrassFX settings in content manager. Hope this helps :)
