This mod works fine, but It doesn't affect the opponents cars online. I only notice changes when I spectate them

Yea that is something i need to fix. Gotta get myself to work on this app at some point.

That feature doesn't exist on per car basis unfortunately, and this app uses brand new CSP feature allowing to set volume multipliers on per car basis.
