ai hotfix + new Sound 660cc !

- New Sound ! Credit goes to aoitori_jpn (@DTM1120) and his Alto 660cc :) Perfect match for the Caterham 165. Thank you!
(previously was the RX7, you can still change it with Content Manager rather easily if you don't like it)
- fixed: ai going to pit too early
- fixed: RHD windshield frame too reflective
- fixed: see through indicator on RHD
- updated few ini file versions
known issue : right brake cable messed up animation on both cars

LHD/RHD + physics update

first of all thanks to @aphidgod for reviewing and helping with some physics.
We spent the evening with @JoaquimSenna to check real-life data, time and specs of the car to match lap time, 0-100, 400m etc.
Physics wise:
  • turbo gamma adjusted
  • final & gear ratio adjusted, the 5th gear now comes to use
  • tyre wear updated (thanks Aphidgod)
  • suspensions updated (thanks Aphidgod)
  • AI updated (thanks Aphidgod)
  • petrol consumption updated
Other than that:
  • RHD added
  • LHD now has km/h speedo
  • body_map fixed and cleaner
  • few skins added
  • few materials fixed
  • analog instruments fixed
  • digital instruments updated
  • removed useless files in data
Sound is still from the RX7 and could be improved of course, just missing the savoir faire & good samples.
I figured it's an easy change anyways with Content Manager for people who don't enjoy it :)

The car now feels more reactive to handle and fun to drive as a result.
I just hope i haven't forgotten anything!
