Circuit Zandvoort upgrades [DRS-Zones correction for Pyyer's zandvoort2020 (2021 Layout) extension]

This is an upgrade DRS-Zones package for @Pyyer 's zandvoort2020 (2021 Layout) extension.
I realised that the Main-Straight DRS-Zone in @Pyyer 's extension (2021 Layout)
started too early before the Banking (at the point same as the 2022 Layout),
so I edited the starting position of the Main-Straight DRS-Zone (2021 Layout only).

P.S. In 2021, the Main-Straight DRS-Zone started right after Banking (the last Turn),
while in 2022, the FiA moved the staring point to before the Banking (right after the penultimate Turn),

There was 1 file in the package file,
in order to install, just copy and paste them into the correct direction.
