CustomizableNeeds v1.1.1

- fixed a bug where any needs set to an increase rate of zero would load to a value of zero and not the value that was saved

CustomizableNeeds v1.1

- made it so the mouse cursor appears when you open the menu
- added text boxes so you can edit the rates better

This mod is finished as far as features go. Any bugs, please report.
