Added a little of my own flare to the Phantom skin because it looked a bit empty at first.

Welp, might as well do Scorpio and Phantom as well. Decided to take some of the sponsors from a screenshot of the car from the game and trace over them for Scorpio to get rid of low res textures. Please delete the previous version.
