Version update - 1.16

Updated to game version 1.16.

This also actually fixes the previous version, which was broken and unreadable.

I pulled an updated file from the game. This should be from version 1.14 of the game, with F2 2020 included.

Unfortunately we still cannot use it properly. Maybe one day...
