Added spectators and lightig for the grandstand

I think this Oval track deserves some spectators.
So I "called them in" from FATs Battenbergring - and they came! ;)

I also put some additional "barrieres" in the layouts, so I hope it will be clear now where to go - and where not.
For the "OVAL" I didn´t put in any becauuse I thought it might be clear how the track is run :).

Additional "Infield" layout and some more details

The track layout had some space to add a short "infield" road track to the "oval".

Some "watchtowers" for the race marshalls are also nice to have

And some more "steel beams" like steel beams for the Grandstand

So all in all: This is the first track I made, where I feel the need of "spectators" sitting on the grandstands.
For the moment, I didn´t have any - so I put that on hold for the next update.
Until then: There might be some options to have fun on the track nonetheless - but I´m on it!

Regarding the cars that I would recommend on a slippery thrack like this: There is a small collection of specially tuned "gravel-cars" to experiment.
