fixed Maki car files

Maki Team was invisible, sorry.
If you have already installed the mod, it is not necessary to install again, if you can modify the Maki file ( GameData->Vehicles->GP74) :
just write "Ganley" instead of "25" (25.veh, 25number.tga, 25team.tga)
