I was looking for a long time for this track. Many textures are in .jpg format that slow down loading and may cause frame skipping. Again a lot of work to optimize it.

I had no problems, I've ran at least 8 races plus some practice sessions and it seems fine no stuttering or skipping.
And believe me my pc is not the fastest.
AI is the only thing that I found to be a bit dodgy, but I can adjust to that.
