Custom skin support + reset suspension level

Added custom skin support and reset suspension level -key.

Added ability to adjust front / rear suspension separately.

Use Keypad+ / Keypad- to adjust suspension level on Hayosiko, or Num8 / Num2 to adjust front suspension only, or Num7 / Num1 for rear suspension only. Please note that suspension level is not restricted, so you can bug your suspension by setting level too low or too high.

Installation:
- Download MSC Mod Loader from http://www.mysummercar.fr (by Djoe45) and follow the guide with provided to install it.
- Copy HayosikoTuner.dll to My Documents/MySummerCar/Mods.

- Added ability to bind keys.
