Improved Ai for "Houston Reliant Park 2007 v1.15" track was made by"rmi_wood"

Improvement around 4,5 seconds, tested with different cars including "formula americas 2020" by "RSS".
Ai is competitive!
(Also included are new sidelines.)
The 1.1 update prevents the indy cars from crashing during start. Use the 1.1 version for indy car racing.
I generally recommend: leave the agression at around 30%-40%. High agression just causes problems like ai bumping into you or into each other and it does not improve laptime.
Tip: If Ai is still too slow (which I don't believe) instead of trying to make them faster give yourself ballast through the ingame app or content manger or the ingame championchip handicaps. This way you can have close racing on most tracks.
