Face lift and improvements - Final

Tweaks to finalise these skins:
  • Created reflection maps and applied new shaders for cockpit, engine, etc.
  • New body textures and maps applied
  • 'Gold' paint and decals adjusted to be the historically correct colour (thanks to @CRLHistoricsModding for providing a Lotus colour sample)
  • All other shaders reviewed and re-configured
  • Lots of other small adjustments.
No further updates are likely unless something is broken.
