You can either do a manual installation using the Ego erp archiver or just drag and drop the the two folders in the 'drag and drop' folder into your F1 2019 directory.

For the best result, to prevent crashes and to see your helmet permanently, use the ERP archiver to import the files into these ERP files:
- incardriver_f1.erp; incardriver_f2.erp and incardriver_classics.erp in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\incardriver\2019
- incardriver_f2.erp in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\incardriver\2018
- frontend_helmets.erp in ...\Steam\steamapps\common\F1 2019\2019_asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\frontend
