There are no factory teams in Super Formula. But what if there were?
This is a concept livery for Mitsubishi's factory Super Formula team.
Mitsubishi hasn't been involved with any motorsports for over 7 years now, but last year they announced they are bringing back the legendary Ralliart brand and are returning to motorsports. Although Mitsubishi is mainly known for off-road motorsports rather than circuit racing, this does not mean they never gave the latter a go. In fact, Mitsubishi has even raced open-wheelers from 1964 until 1971. Their last challenger was the Colt F2000, which achieved a 1-2 finish at the 1971 Japan Grand Prix. Although returning to open-wheel racing or circuit racing in general is highly unlikely for Mitsubishi in my opinion, I still wanted to give a bit of a tribute to the Colt F2000, with incorporating Ralliart's current design elements too. I will always have a soft spot for Mitsubishi as our first family car was a 1992 Lancer 1.3 GLi.
Helmets, driver suits, and pit crew are also included.
