This is a great little car but like others have said it is overpowered. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/alfa-romeo-giulia-super-ti.44755/ With just a little bit of research I found this page on-line that states that it's powertrain was taken from the Alfa Romeo TZ coupe (including gear ratios). https://www.alfaholics.com/cars-for-sale/alfaholics/1964-alfa-romeo-giulia-ti-super/
Here are two folders that contain new data.acd files and ui folders for both a stock version at 100hp and a racing version at 177hp. I realize that 177hp is still high by about 20hp but it's closer than it was. There may be a future update to drop it some more.
Installation is easy. Extract this download and open the folder. Inside you will find two folders. One for each version. Copy/paste the alfa_romeo_giulia_super folder over the complete car you downloaded previously to have a 177hp racing version. For the stock version you need to create a new folder called alfa_romeo_giulia_super_stk. Copy all the contents from the 'super' folder into this folder. Then copy/paste my supplied "alfa_romeo_super_stk" folder from this download over top of the super_stk folder. Answer yes to replace files. Use the 'replace sound" function of Content Manager to give the 'stock' version some sound. Clone it either to the super version or to the TZ coupe if you have it. Done. Enjoy
