Just minor corrections from 1.0
- safari only had LF suspension animating, is now all 4 wheels
- driver head default moved to more sensible position
- Fuchs got the textures rebaked as I didn't like how uneven they were
- little black spots on the interior texture are erased
- safari ext_config made more similar

Also due to popular demand, there's now an optional longer final drive ratio. I was hesitant about this cause it's an engine-out, $1000 of labour thing to do, so it's not realistic to be able to change it on a setup screen. But it does get you through the miles long straight sections of tracks a little quicker.

- add an LOD
- add cockpit LR LOD
- seatbelts
- double sided glass
- glass is uv mapped
- interior mirrors now single continuous mesh so CSP autoguess won't split it into 3
- odometers added to config
- Fuchs "deep six" wheels added to config
- added skins from 67JTM and Andy-R
- f6 cameras corrected
- ride height display adjusted
- modern tires made more slickery
- engine inertia inspected
- brake power made more powerful to suit tires
- front suspension of a 912
- dashboard lights somewhat work, CSP is a heap of surprises though so they're not correct

Also, the Safari
- 80cm (31") M/T tyres
- push bar
- mudflaps
- extended front suspension pickups to allow more travel
- turbo added to help rotate the massive tires
