... here's a proper logo for it!

Just extract the .tga file to

steamapps\common\Automobilista\Series

And make sure the CART Extreme .srs file and .tga file have the same name!

Very good but the reflection is cut off.

I realized some of the original Reiza logos (like Drift or Formula Extreme) are cut from the 100th px on the height up to the tyres. I just imitated the Reiza meassures. As other user said in the support thread of this resource, it would look like two cars put together. Here you can see F-Extreme and Drift logos, respectively. Their reflection is cut off at almost the half.
