Graphics update + ramps for Super Truck

Hi all.

New trees, new crowd, one version with ramps for super trucks :)

Normal track is in V8 supercars folder, track with ramps in Super Trucks folder ingame.

Perhaps the AI will need an update for ramps. Let's wait ;)
