RainFX Patch for Imola 1972 1.0

This patch adds rainfx support for the Imola 1972 track. In order to install this patch, simply place the "extension" folder within the root directory of the track (of which is named imola1972 and can be found in the tracks folder of your Assetto Corsa install).
