RainFX Patch for Parco Roccio 1.0

This patch adds RainFX support for the recently released Parco Roccio track, which can be found here on racedepartment:

In order to install this patch, simply place the "extension" folder within the root directory of the track (of which is named parcoroccio and can be found in the tracks folder of your Assetto Corsa install).
