Tweaked some formulas

Some of the formulas used were not working, I don't know why, maybe due to updates on SimHub, or rFactor2, or the Thrustmasters drivers, or all together.

Hints of the formulas to used provided by the user J_P

Tweaked the wheel image to a more generic one

Added a new image with a more generic grey icon instead of the black and white.
Old image still available to select.

To install, overwrite old files.
