To install copy the both folders in ZIP to %localappdata%\AcTools Content Manager\Data (User)\License Plates\ . You can then use the license plate generator in Content Manager showroom.
For anyone who wants to correct plate size in model. Wide (Europe) is 520.7x114.3mm and Normal (JDM) is 279.4x184.15mm
