First of all I'd like to make it clear that I fully appreciate the work that went into this and the variety of options it gives.
However to my eyes vanilla with natural filter is way more believable. Say I go to Austria and set 17:00 mid clouds. With vanilla I can actually believe that it's that place weather and time of a day. With this mod - not so much. It's too dark, too exaggerated and feels wrong for the time and place. I have tried pretty much all the possible settings, starting with the recommended one and they all feel off one way or another.
It's way more varied then vanilla, but unfortunately less realistic. That's my honest feeling.
That said, I would gladly rate it five stars, if only the author would provide a instruction of how to FULLY remove the mod, not just disable it via JSGME.exe for people like me, who don't plan turning it on in the future and would like to keep the installation as clean, as possible.
