F1 Manager 2022
F1 Manager 2022 is scheduled to make a glorious comeback on August 30. After EA's last outing in the 2000s wasn't the grand success they had hoped for, a rise in popularity of simulation games within the previous decade is promising for sales figures.
And who knows, this new yearly series may pick up some serious traction and spawn other racing management games or game modes for existing sims.

RaceLeague
The indie title RaceLeague is scheduled to release on July 26th as what looks more and more like an indie sim racing title.
After previous announcements of uncertainty regarding adding force feedback, it was recently announced that RaceLeague would now officially feature force feedback and support every wheelbase and wheel out there.
This brings the title, whose main selling points include a seamless track editor and deformable environments, among others, closer from its original proposition of being for casual players to also including veterans of racing and sim racing genres in its potential customer base.

CarX Street
CarX, known for its multiplayer drifting game, is entering the world of open-world street racing on September 8th.
Screenshots and trailers for the game invoke some serious feeling of classic Need for Speed titles like Carbon or Underground. With a focus on online multiplayer and car customisation, this title could bring some great challenges to the EA franchise.
As a fan of the classic Need for Speed Carbon, I will definitely check this out.
