Luckily I'm about to start an at least 6 month project next week that will give me half the week's nights off in a quite remote place away from home with nothing to do but...modeling.

Indeed. This is a gorgeous car. If it does get finished, all we'll need is an old school cadillac convertible an enormous fly and a proper skin for garyjpaterson's van and we can create our own Miami Vice episodes.

Strange starting from the wheels, but I'll shut up and see how it develops

Half my cars I always start with the wheels, not sure if it’s a odd thing to do I never even thought about it until I read your comment lol,
Some things are small so tend to find it’s nice getting them out of the way 1st,
Also they always have there own UV and custom shadows in which I never bake with the car so don’t effect anything here either.
