True, this is the same work and belongs to Rahan_RLC

Do not upload mods that are not your own work unless you have permission from the original modder.

In this case I am going ask RAHAN_RLC if he objects to it being re-uploaded.

I am doing this for only one reason, Rahan's upload is to the old download section that will eventually fade and die. It would be nice to have it in the new Resource centre where it is now. So I going to ask if he objects to it being here now that he is credited.
