Hi, I changed it to 'RESTRICTED for AI flood'. It's much better. However, they are still crashing into some corners

One reason I can think of is if the AI hints are allowing too much entry speed in corners.
What do you have in "..\content\tracks\ek_nagao\traffic\data\ai_hints.ini"?
Try to edit it to

[HINT_0]
START=0
END=1
VALUE=0.65

save file and reload the session.
Other reason may be the AI flood initial speed at respawning.

If the "push speed" is too high and the distance to corner entry is not enough for slowing down the AI can run wide and collide.
