I have a problem with this mod, all names of drivers and teams are still unchanged, I've uploaded two screenshots that will explain what I mean. Is there any way to fix it?

Definitely won't work on 2015, as for 2013...Eh, I doubt it, but I guess it's worth a try if you want.
