they can easily check on parc ferme right after quali and have a pre inspection before even gettin it out on track, redbull are known to be devious bastards, they prolly evne hire ninjas to do the works overnight.

depends on how much rain, at Silverstone in Quali, they were stronger than other teams on wets than Inters, and at Germany it was roll reversal, so it is pretty hard to tell

Storms arrived at night, it's now sunny. I just looked at weather forecast for the Hungaroring specifically and they say sunshine until 19:00 pm. So it'll be most probably a dry race. Although weather forecasts can always be wrong.
