F1 2015 2015 cars on Hockenheim?

I would say no. If it's not on the calendar, then it's not in the game
There is no German Grand Prix this year, so they are very unlikely to include it in the game, probably due to licensing issues with FOM/FIA
In real life, Hockenheim was not on the schedule this year anyway, this year was meant to be Nurburgring. When they could not come to an agreement with Nurburging, they eventually asked Hockenheim to do it, Hockenheim refused because they said that there is not enough time available to sell the tickets.

If the question is asking about modding and importing into the new game, again I would say no. Mostly because its meant to be an entirely new game engine. So in theory no files that worked in the previous game will be usable in 2015
I think it's more based on that 2014 cars are being included so Hockenheim may possibly be there. If it is there id be surprised if they couldn't use it.
